Steamed Tofu with Fish Roe and Nyonya Sauce
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Golden Circle Canola Oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 20g ginger, chopped
- 1 green chilli, deseed and chop
- 1 red chilli, deseed and chop
- 1 tsp fermented soya bean paste
- 300g FORTUNE Japanese Silken Tofu Omega 3
- some fish roe
Miso Saurce
- 100 radish
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 pcs fermented bean curd
- 1 tbsp sugar
Seasoning
- 1 calamansi, extract juice
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Prepare Nyonya Sauce: Heat up Golden Circle Canola Oil. Add chopped garlic, shallots, ginger, all chillies and fermented soya bean paste. Stir-fry until fragrant. Season with calamansi juice and sugar.
- Place FORTUNE Japanese Silken Tofu Omega 3 on plate. Drizzle with Nyonya Sauce. Steam for 10 mins.
- Garnish with fish roe and serve hot.
