The Fortune range of tofu has been enjoyed by many Singaporeans since the early 80’s. Using premium grade 100% Non-GMO Canadian soya beans, only the first pressed extraction of the soya bean milk is used to produce Fortune tofu. This explains the fragrant beany flavour taste that many have grown to love and enjoy.
Fortune’s range of tofu is produced in Singapore with no preservatives to ensure freshness and quality for our customers.

Fortune Japanese Silken Tofu
Has a softer texture than the regular tofu, and is ideal for steaming or cooking in soup.

Fortune Traditional Chinese Tofu
A firmer texture and is ideal for frying. It is recommended for dishes such as agedashi tofu or hot plate tofu.

Fortune Extra Smooth Silken Tofu
It has a smoother texture than the regular tofu and is ideal for soup or steamed tofu dishes. You can also use it to make sauces to achieve a creamy or thicker texture.
